To achieve these objectives, we consider it essential to have an organizational structure that fully aligns with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 standard. The strategic direction of the company focuses on a policy that assesses both risks and opportunities, proactively managing all possible alternatives.
Management has established the Quality Committee as the operational entity responsible for the quality policy. This committee has the authority and responsibility to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as to verify the effectiveness of the implemented solutions.
